Simply Smiles Dental is a fee-for-service practice but will help submit insurance claims for reimbursement. We do not participate with Medicaid or Medicare.

Adult Plans are $450 per year and include:

  • 2 cleanings
  • 2 Exams
  • Any necessary x-rays
  • Fluoride Treatment
  • 1 Emergency exam

 

Child Plans are $395 per year and include:

  • 2 cleanings
  • 2 Exams
  • Any necessary x-rays
  • Fluoride Treatment
  • 1 Emergency exam

We also have a special Periodontics plan for patients who may be having trouble with their gums. Our perio plan is $750 per year and includes:

  • 2 cleanings
  • 2 periodontal maintenance cleanings
  • 2 Exams
  • Any necessary x-rays
  • Fluoride Treatment
  • 1 Emergency exam

All of our Smile Savings Plan members will also receive and additional 15% off dental treatment if paying in full with cash/card/check. 10% off if paying with Carecredit.
